The Provokers
Your hosts for the sixth annual thinkAbout are Joe Pine and Jim Gilmore, cofounders of Strategic Horizons LLP and authors of The Experience Economy: Work Is Theatre & Every Business a Stage.

Pine & Gilmore work with management teams to grasp the nature of the emerging Experience Economy and envision their place in it – whether it be staging experiences, guiding transformations, or mass customizing any economic offering. For their next book they are exploring the business implications of consumers’ increasing desire for authenticity.
In their roles as The Provokers, Pine & Gilmore use the two days of thinkAbout to share, guide, challenge, – and indeed provoke – participants to see the world differently.

The Scribes
Joining Pine & Gilmore on Day Two of thinkAbout are the artful scribes of the WildWorks Group, led by Tom McGehee.
Members of the WildWorks will be on hand to capture, in graphical shorthand, the output generated by thinkAbout participants during the burst of creative ideas flowing from the Open Space Thinking exercises on Day Two. Their unique brand of information capture has been described as Jackson Pollock meets the court reporter and is a sight to behold.
WildWorks graphical stylings will form the basis of a document to be distributed to each thinkAbout participant after the event, acting as a ready reference and source of creative inspiration long after thinkAbout wraps.
